I reserve the right to turn down any commission if I believe I cannot execute the request in my style or am not comfortable doing so.

For original characters, original visual references MUST be provided (art done by the client or by previously commissioned artists, adoptables obtained by the client, picrews/dollmakers, video game character creators, etc). Art of other people's original characters to be references for your own are prohibited. Fanart of existing IP is acceptable.

Text-only or heavily text-reliant descriptions as reference for original characters will result in a 50% upcharge of the total price for the additional character design required.

I will not draw furries, scene backgrounds, elaborate armor or mechas, real person fiction, hateful art, gore, explicit NSFW (subtle is fine), or any NSFW content of characters that are canonically or coded minors.

Paypal ONLY (USD).

Full payment upfront required. I will only begin work after payment is received.

Client will be sent an invoice once their commission has been fully discussed in terms of composition, price, and references.

I reserve the right to increase the price based on complexity of the commission.

Client has 3 days to pay the invoice; if no payment is received within the timeframe, their prospective slot will be lost.

Client is only paying for a digital file (.PNG). Client may request a .PSD file of their completed commission which will include sketch, lineart, and colors on separate layers. Client may also request for a flat-colored or transparent background version of their commission.

Refunds may only be issued if the client cancels their commission BEFORE I send them the rough sketch, if the client does not receive their completed commission after 10 weeks from payment, or if I have to cancel their commission for any reason (unless it is due to misconduct or failure to comply to policy on the client's part).

Overall commission process may take up to 10 weeks depending on the queue size. If the commission is needed by a certain timeline, I will do my best to accommodate it.

Client will be periodically updated through various stages of the piece's progress. Please let me know if Twitter/Instagram DMs or e-mail are preferred for these updates.

Client is welcome to ask for additional updates as well, but I reserve the right to withhold progress pictures at my own discretion.

Stage 1: Rough sketch will be provided within 2-3 weeks after payment. Client may request THREE alterations to the sketch at this stage (expression, additional appendages like horns or wings, clothes, hand placement etc). The overall pose or composition of the piece cannot be altered.

Stage 2: Lineart and base colors will be provided within 3-4 weeks of the rough sketch being approved. Client may request color changes at this stage. Lineart, pose, and composition cannot be altered.

Stage 3: Final image will be provided within 3 weeks after the lineart and base colors are approved. Client may request ONE alteration to the background design. Nothing more can be altered at this stage.

Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial work must be paid offers that are to be discussed further.

Client is not allowed to modify/trace/take credit for/profit off of the artwork they have received.

Client is permitted to use the artwork they have received for: social media profiles (icons, banners, video thumbnails, etc), gifts, references for future commissions, self-promotions (with credit to me, the artist). Client is also permitted to request their commission not be posted publicly or used for promotional content of mine.
